To create an account, simply go to the top page and click “ REGISTER” button or by selecting our products, add it to MY CART and fill in "Create New Account" column. Don't forget to tick on "Automatic Register" box.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password?" link at the Login page and follow the instructions.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship nationwide in Indonesia only. However, international customers who need assistance to place an order with us feel free to email us at cs@fatools.com.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.


When will the order being ship out?

To process the order, it usually takes 1 (one) working day. For example an order placed on Monday, 4pm, will be sent out for shipment on Tuesday. For Saturday and Sunday orders will be process, pack and ship on the following Monday.

After the order has been shipped out, an email of confirmation will be sent to customer with the tracking number.


What is the method of payment?

Payment could be made by Bank transfers and ATM transfers (Bank BCA and Bank Mandiri).


What should I do after I made the payment?

After made the payment, please choose one of the following to notify us:

  • Via Fatools.com, click on the "Payment Confirmation” at the top right of our Homepage and fill in your ORDER No. and email.
  • Via email, send to cs@fatools.com
  • Via BB, pin no 24D77BE2
  • Via SMS or whatsapp, to +62 812 111 3838

How do I track my order?

For tracking order, please go to www.jne.co.id and type the JNE Airwaybill Number or find "Track Order" Menu on the Top Right of Fatools Homepage by typing your ORDER NO and email then click Submit to track your order.


Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

For a better and faster service to all our customers, once the payment is done, it is usually not possible to make any changes to the order.

However, we could try to accommodate your request, though there is no guarantee. Please contact us at cs@fatools.com by stating your ORDER NO. at the subject of the email and reason to request a change.


Can I change my account detail at Fatools?

Yes, just log in to your Fatools account, click EDIT DETAIL.
